Having lived and breathed rugby from grass roots to the National leagues we still have a passion for it’s unique spirit and the role that plays in personal growth. And as players we’ve been fortunate to experience being coached by some of the best and know the true value of great coaching in developing people beyond skills and performance.
OUR FOUNDERS.
Neil Sweeney
Neil is a former professional player having played for Esher Rugby in National League 1 up until 2017. He worked for 5 years as a Development Officer for the RFU before co-founding Zion Sport. He is also Club Development Chair at Surrey Rugby and stays active within the game, as a referee and as Director Of Rugby for The University of Surrey 1st and 2nd XV.
Peter Synott
Peter is a former professional player having played for Esher Rugby in National League 1 up until 2017.
